• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service.
• We, Us, or Our in this Agreement refers to Arjun Sudharsan (operating as 'Axilwood').
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a mobile phone or a digital tablet.

• Service refers to the Axilwood platform (Mobile Application & Web Platform).
• User, You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

(a) Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Contact Information: Phone Number, and optionally, Email address.
• Identity Information: Full Name.
• User-Generated Content: Information and content you post in your ads, invitations, including descriptions, event details, and any notes.
• Photographs: Images you upload, which may contain metadata.
• Transaction Data: We collect information about transactions you make on the Service. Payment information is processed by our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay, and we do not store your full card or bank account details. We receive a transaction ID and confirmation of payment status.

(b) Location Data
We collect precise location data (Latitude and Longitude) from Your Device when you grant us permission. This data is used to display ads relevant to a user's geographical area, filter search results, and integrate map routing for event venues.

(c) Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include information such as Your Device's IP address, device type, operating system, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.

Use of Your Personal Data
We may use Personal Data to provide and maintain our Service, to manage Your Account, to facilitate user-to-user communication, to process transactions, to contact You regarding updates, and for content moderation to ensure compliance with our policies.

Storage and Retention
We will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Your data is stored securely on cloud servers provided by Supabase and Google Firebase.

3. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Your information may be shared with other users when you post public content (like marketplace ads or shared digital invitations). We may share Your information with third-party service providers (like Razorpay and Firebase) to facilitate our Service. We may also disclose Your Personal Data if required by Legal Requirements.

4. Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Your Rights Under Indian Law

As a user in India, you have the Right to Access and Correction, the Right to Data Portability, the Right to Withdraw Consent, and the Right to Erasure (Account Deletion). You can delete your account and all associated personal data via the app settings.

Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Axilwood platform.

1. Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

2. The Service

Axilwood provides digital infrastructure for agricultural marketplaces and digital event management. For the marketplace, we are a classifieds platform and do not participate in the physical transaction or transportation of goods. We are not a party to any agreement entered into between Buyers and Sellers.

3. User Obligations and Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree that you have the legal right to share the information, images, or assets you list on our platform. You agree not to list any items that are protected, banned, or illegal to trade under Indian law. We reserve the right to remove any unlawful or offensive content without notice.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Users may purchase subscriptions or digital services (such as Axilwood Pro or Premium Invitations). Subscriptions are billed automatically through our payment processor unless canceled by you prior to the renewal date.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to transmit malicious code, or to circumvent the security features of the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arjun Sudharsan or Axilwood be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
